The Hand Glass Wheel Cutter is a tool for cutting glassfibre mat and woven rovings. With a tungsten steel blade it can cut through 8 layers of 450g/m2 mat at one time with ease. It also incorporates a blade guard making it very safe to use. Spare blades are available to buy.
